Day 1 - AIRPORT / COLOMBO

AIRPORT / COLOMBO Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport and met by "triptosrilanka" Representatives and transfer to a hotel in Colombo. Evening leave for City Tour of Colombo. CITY & SHOPPING The City Tour will include places of Tourist interest such as Old parliament, Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall, Independence Square, Buddhist Hindu Temple and Town Hall. Shopping at Odel, House of Fashion, Bare foot etc. at Colombo Dinner & Overnight stay at Hotel in Colombo.

Day 2 - COLOMBO / PINNAWALA / KANDY

COLOMBO / PINNAWALA / KANDY After breakfast, leave for Kandy. En route visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. ELEPHANT ORPHANGE The foster – home of elephants of different age and size feed, bathe, play together and even mate. These great animals have been found injured or left abandoned in the wilderness. Now they even breed in captivity. Next SPICE GARDEN Visit a spice garden at Mavanella, where spices used for Sri Lankan cuisine and medication are grown. p.m. visit Temple. TEMPLE OF THE TOOTH OF RELIC Visit the Temple of the sacred tooth relic of the Buddha. This temple, the most important one for The Sri Lankan Buddhists was built in the 16th Century A.D. solely for the purpose of housing the tooth relic. Observe the magnificent Architecture of that period and experience the tranquility of the atmosphere. Visit art and craft center and Gem Bureau where you will be shown a documentary film on how Sri Lankan Gem mining is traditionally done.

Day 3 - KANDY / GOLF

KANDY / GOLF Breakfast at Hotel. Full Day Golf. Day 4 - KANDY / NUWARA ELIYA

KANDY / NUWARA ELIYA After Breakfast leave for Nuwara Eliya. BOTANICAL GARDEN En-route visit the Botanical Garden Peradeniya. Which was a pleasure garden of a Kandyan King of the 16th Century and later made in to a Botanical Garden during the British regime. This gardens; one of the best in Asia is a place of beauty and site for bird watchers. Proceed to Nuwara Eliya. NUWARA ELIYA The Hill country of Sri Lanka is a sight to behold. After the heat of the low lands of Sri Lanka, the diversity of temperature and scenery of the high lands is incredible. Kandy, Nuwara Eliya and Bandarawela, are three popular hill stations of Sri Lanka. Nuwara Eliya being the highest, situated over 6000 feet above sea level is also called “Little England”. As this is where the British built themselves a home away from home.

Day 5 - NUWARA ELIYA / KITHULGALA / NEGOMBO

NUWARA ELIYA / KITHULGALA / NEGOMBO Breakfast at Hotel. Leave for Negombo via Kithulgala. KITULGALA Kitulgala is little village on one of the routes between Colombo and Nuwara Eliya. The name Kitulgala derived from the word KITUL (fish tail palm) trees that grow in abundance in these parts. The Kelani River that flows through Kitulgala does not only beautifully the village but also attracts tourists for the white water rafting that has become so popular in it. The most important scene of blasting the bridge and train in the famous film “ The Bridge on the River Kvai” was also filmed at Kitulgala and the film site is also a site visited by many tourists. Bandara Kele a patch of nature reserve that has become very popular with bird watchers and Nature lovers. View the beauty of two water falls “ St. Clair and Devon” Refresh your self at St. Clair’s Tea Centre enjoying the panoramic view and watching the Devon Fall flow gracefully. Next visit Fishing Village.

Day 6 - NEGOMBO / AIRPORT

NEGOMBO / AIRPORT After Breakfast leave for Airport for Departure (According to your flight times).

This tour comprises visits to Colombo, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya and Negombo not forgetting the golf fan.
