Day 1 - AIRPORT / COLOMBO

AIRPORT / COLOMBO Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport, met by "Don Voyage" Representatives and transfer to a Hotel in Colombo. p.m. City tour and Shopping. CITY TOUR & SHOPPING The City Tour will include places of Tourist interest such as Old parliament, Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall, Buddhist Hindu Temple and Town Hall. SHOPPING Shopping at Odel, House of Fashion, Bare foot and etc. Over night Stay at Hotel in Colombo.

Day 2 - COLOMBO / PINNAWALA / KANDY

COLOMBO / PINNAWALA / KANDY Breakfast at Hotel. Leave for Kandy. En route Visit the Elephant Orphanage. ELEPHANT ORPHANGE Pinnawala, Visit the Elephant Orphanage, the foster – home of elephants of different age and size feeding, bathing, playing together and even mating. These have been found injured or left abandoned in the wilderness. There are even little baby calves born in captivity. Next Visit the Spice Gardens. SPICE GARDEN Visit a spice garden at mavanella which grows spices and herbs used for Sri Lankan cuisine and medication. Spices of Sri Lanka attracted the early sea faring merchants who made the long voyages to purchase this precious merchandise. Next Visit the Peradeniya Botanical Gardens. BOTANICAL GARDEN En-route visit the Botanical Garden Peradeniya. Which was a pleasure garden of a Kandyan King of the 16th Century and later made in to a Botanical Garden during the British regime. This gardens, one of the best in Asia is a place of beauty and site for bird watchers.

Day 3 - KANDY / NUWARA ELIYA (TRAIN JOURNEY)

KANDY / NUWARA ELIYA (TRAIN JOURNEY) DAY 03 - KANDY / NUWARA ELIYA ( Train Journey ) Breakfast at Hotel. Leave for Visit Temple of the Tooth Relic if Lord Buddha. TEMPLE OF THE TOOTH RELIC. Next Visit the Temple of the sacred tooth relic of the Buddha. This temple, the most important one for The Sri Lankan Buddhists. It was built in the 16th Century A.D. solely for the purpose of housing the tooth relic. Leave for Nuwara Eliya by train. Nuwara Eliya also known as Little England is where the homesick British ( The Tea Planters) built themselves a home away from home. A touch of old England could be experienced by taking a drive through the city. Next SITA AMMAN TEMPLE This Temple considered as one of the oldest is said to mark the spot where Ravana held the queen Sita captive, The streamlet that flows by the rock on which the Temple stands on is supposed to be where the queen Sita bathed.

Day 4 - NUWARA ELIYA / KITHULGALA / BENTOTA

NUWARA ELIYA / KITHULGALA / BENTOTA Breakfast and leave towards the South Coast Beach Resorts via kithulgala. KITULGALA Kitulgala is little village on one of the routes between Colombo and Nuwara Eliya. The name Kitulgala derived from the word KITUL (fish tail palm) trees that grow in abundance in these parts. The Kelani River that flows through Kitulgala does not only beautifully the village but also attracts tourists for the white water rafting that has become so popular in it. The most important scene of blasting the bridge and train in the famous film “ The Bridge on the River Kwai” was also filmed at Kitulgala and the film site is also a site visited by many tourists. Bandara Kele a patch of nature reserve that has become very popular with bird watchers and Nature lovers. Next view beautiful of two water falls... Devon Fall and St. Clairs Fall. DEVON AND ST. CLAIRS - WATERFALLS p.m. at leisure. Overnight stay Hotel in Bentota.

Day 5 - BENTOTA / AIRPORT

BENTOTA / AIRPORT Airport ) A.m. at leisure and afternoon Leave for Departure for Airport.
